LEGO – 80th Anniversary Animated Film

As kids, we owe alot to LEGO for helping us develop our creativity from such a young age. The childhood favourite toy has stretched through generations lasting 80 years. Now that’s alot of smiles and creativity during that period of time.

To celebrate their 80th Anniversary, Lego have put together a 17 Minute animated short film detailing their beginning as a carpentry company in Billund, Denmark to becoming a leading world known brand name and toy company. Under the spotlight is Lego founder Ole Kirk Christiansen and his son Godtfred, to current owner Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen. LEGO: The Piece of Resistance, an animated feature film, will be coming in February 2014.
